An OPEC in rice!? The prime minister of Thailand proposes a cartel.

That cartel is destined to fall. With agri products now being hit by poor harvests due to pestilence and climate change, it won't be long when the poor harvests will eventually hit the cartel members and other countries will experience bountiful harvests. When that time comes, it will be payback time for them.
